Really kind staff. Excellent location. Huge and clean room. Great value for budget stay. Easy access to main parts of Osaka. Fantastic customer service. Close to Tennoji station. Big room with balcony and spacious bathroom. Lots of nearby restaurants.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and a private bathroom with plenty of hot water. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, offering great customer service. The location was also fantastic as it was within walking distance to a wide variety of delicious restaurants and just a short subway ride away from major attractions.
The strong smell of stale smoke throughout the hotel was quite off-putting. the wifi code wasn't readily available, making it a bit of a hassle to connect.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the spacious and clean room with a big king, sized bed and a separate bathroom, toilet, and washbasin. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and several busy, local restaurants nearby. We especially appreciated the affordable price of the amenities, making it a great budget stay.
The smell of stale smoke in the room was quite strong, and the Wi, Fi code was not immediately obvious upon arrival.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the train stations and some of the main attractions. The cleanliness and hotel facilities are excellent. the staff were friendly and efficient.

The hotel was located right beside the street, close to Namba station. the room was spacious and had a king-size bed. the bathroom was roomy with a separate toilet, washbasin, and a wide bath tub. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel was close to the train station and had many shops nearby.
The lighting in the room was dim and made it difficult to see.

I had a great stay at Tennoji Lagoon! The location was perfect, with plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the comfortable bed. The hotel is also conveniently close to Tennoji station, making it easy to explore Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
